• MEXICAN MESTIZO: Traditional Al Pastor carved right off the trompo, Birria ramen (the ultimate fusion!), and street corn slathered in secret sauces.

• CARIBBEAN CONNECTION: We are showing massive love to our Jamaican and Belizean fam! Get ready for Jerk Chicken that falls off the bone and Belizean Fry Jacks that are light, fluffy, and completely addictive.

We’ve opened up recruitment for even more vendors because we want to ensure the variety is unmatched. We are expecting over 2,000 hungry attendees per day, so our vendors are bringing their A-game!

Nothing says "Las Vegas festival" like a fleet of world-class food trucks. We’ve scouted the best trucks in the Southwest to join us at Desert Breeze. These mobile kitchens are the innovators of the food world, and they’ll be serving up limited-edition TALOFA FEST menus.

Keep an eye out for "Island-Style Elotes" (corn on the cob with coconut flakes and lime) and "Churros with Taro Dipping Sauce." The creativity is going to be off the charts!
