From August 28th to August 30th, 2026, we are transforming the Desert Breeze Event Center into a global marketplace where culture meets commerce. FRIDAY, AUGUST 28: DOWNTOWN CULTURAL PARADE đźŽ
Location: Downtown Las Vegas (Main Street to Fremont) The festival kicks off with a breathtaking display of pride! The Cultural Parade is a representation of all countries. While vendor booths at the Event Center begin later, this parade sets the stage for the weekend, drawing eyes from across the city to our movement.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 29: FESTIVAL & MUSIC SHOWCASE 🎶
Location: Desert Breeze Event Center Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:59 PM This is the big one! Saturday is a full day of "Grooving and Indulging." Expect non-stop live performances, cultural demonstrations, and a packed marketplace. This is your prime time to engage with the crowds who are looking to experience the best in food and shopping.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 30: FESTIVAL & MUSIC SHOWCASE 🌺
Location: Desert Breeze Event Center Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:59 PM The celebration continues with a soulful Sunday vibe. Families and foodies return to catch the final performances and grab their favorite festival treats. It’s the perfect day to solidify those customer connections and clear out your inventory!

One of the biggest draws of TALOFA FEST is the food. We want our attendees to "indulge" in a world-class culinary journey. We are specifically looking for vendors who can bring:
Vietnamese Classics: Pho, Banh Mi, Spring Rolls, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee.
Island Favorites: Sapa Sui, Kalua Pork, Poke, and Tropical Shaved Ice.

If you have a food truck or a street food setup that brings the heat, we want you! Our audience is hungry for authenticity and high-quality eats.
THE "BORING" (BUT IMPORTANT) STUFF: TERMS & CONDITIONS đź“ť
To ensure a professional and safe environment for everyone, all vendors must adhere to the following guidelines:
FEES: All vendor fees are non-refundable. Once you’re in, you’re in! We commit to marketing the event, and we expect your commitment to show up and shine.
REGULATIONS: Vendors must comply with all Clark County health and fire regulations. It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain necessary permits.
INSURANCE: General liability insurance is required for all food vendors. Protecting yourself and the community is our top priority.
SETUP: To maintain a professional atmosphere, setup must be completed at least 2 hours prior to the start time of the festival each day. No late entries will be permitted.
CLEANLINESS: Vendors are responsible for keeping their designated area clean and disposing of trash in the provided receptacles.
