VENDOR REGISTRATION
Requirements:
• Valid business license and Nevada sales tax permit (if selling goods/food)
• Proof of insurance naming [Your Organization] and City of Las Vegas as additional insured per permit requirements (minimum limits: [specify if required])
• Food vendors must provide health permits and comply with Clark County Health Department rules

Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your vendor space.

The deposit will be applied toward your total vendor fee.

Booth space is not guaranteed until deposit is received.

Remaining balance must be paid in full by 7/31/26.

Failure to submit full payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of booth space and deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including vendor cancellation, weather conditions, acts of God, or event cancellation beyond the control of event organizers.
